Bike stealers-The White,The Black, the Pretty Girl

There was a recent video about a black/white man faking breaking into a car. Here's a really more telling one about a chained bike with a white guy, a black guy and a pretty blonde girl "attempting" to steal a bike. The last few minutes are the most interesting ones.
