and I hope it haunts Crispy to the day he's driven from office in disgrace - preferably to occupy space in a prison cell, which I consider a much better use of public funds.

telling the truth. Let's try the same poll in some deeply red states and see what happens...

Republicans rush to woo super donor Sheldon Adelson

The star attraction at a Las Vegas conference this week is an elderly billionaire who’s seeking a candidate to back in 2016.

LAS VEGAS — The Republican White House hopefuls gathering on the Las Vegas strip this weekend have not come to woo voters. Instead, the GOP stars are hoping to win over a key patron and, perhaps, his millions of dollars in campaign cash.

“I’m going to see him tonight for sure,” former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush said Thursday as he hurried out of a Las Vegas high school event. He was scheduled to speak to GOP donors – none more prolific than Adelson – in a private airport hangar a few hours later.

NO GOLDEN THRONE

Most of the other prospective candidates were arriving Friday and Saturday, with a specific man on their minds: the billionaire who almost single-handedly bankrolled the group behind former House Speaker Newt Gingrich’s presidential campaign in 2012. Adelson is in the market for a candidate in 2016.

He likes his Republicans more mainstream than the Tea Party bunch. Jeb also went crawling to Vegas to kiss Adelson's ring.

I've been told numerous times that Jebbie ain't running because Mama Bush said so. He's waiting to see if Hillary runs. They are saving him for a guaranteed win because they have some big plans. Or if there is an opening because there are no other contenders and they feel they can rehabilitate the boosh name quickly enough, it's a go. NEVER underestimate that guy.

He is the end game so to speak. The Augustus who will usher in the empire of ultra-conservatism that will last a thousand years.

I do believe the Republican clown car and entertaining bungling was planned because:

A) An Obama win has gotten them everything they wanted and more. Except SS, but there's still a few more years. They got the health plan they wanted, permanent tax cuts for the most part, and just about everything else economically. (They're sad about the wars though, never enough war.) That is why they ran losers against a neophyte. A classic dive. I mean really, anybody actually believe the power brokers in the R party actually wanted McCain or Rmoney? Please! They hate them both and probably enjoyed every minute (especially taking down little lord Romney, whom they especially despise).

B) The economy tanked and was going to flounder for a while, so why not let a Democrat take the fall for it? A very famous R said they know they can't have perpetual rule because optically they can't convince people all the time. So when things have gotten too messed up, they let a Dem have it. (Clinton was an anomaly and wasn't supposed to take any credit for that boom).

C) Which leads to a "change" as voters throw the bum out and flip to choice 2: big tough daddy Republican. In this case, it is the crown prince Bush who is going to finish what the other two started. By the time he's done, this country will be so well and fucked, it will take absolute disintegration to change it. There are structural systems in place economically, militarily, and technologically that will finally bring the populace to the proper amount of servitude.

D) Those evil fuckers are masters of the long game and the cage fight. Their obvious ineptitude was so out of character as to be highly suspicious. I mean, the evil geniuses who figured out how to put the dim son in with a coup using his bro's state and a computer error in Ohio? That was all a lucky coincidence? That guy mumbling and sputtering on Fox? Yeah, right. We continually underestimate those bastards and that's why they keep on winning (see: Matlock and Columbo for aw shucks details). We get swayed by the rah rah bullshit while they chuckle in their cushy leather chairs with their cigars.

Jeb is coming. They've got their wars of choice already picked out and a way to crush the green industry. Because these fellas make their money on military and oil, so that's what they have to preserve.

And now I gotta go shine my tinfoil because that was one of the most paranoid things I've ever written.
