What are the odds that the "bugs" that have been messing up the Federal ACA exchange today,

causing it to be shut down for hours, are related to deliberate hacking attempts?

Lately, everything's been reminding me of House of Cards.

It was already not the most stable website, so I don't think it's surprising that it crumbled under a last-minute surge.

Keep in mind that there are numerous databases, located in different states, connecting/communicating with each other, querying, verifying and well, it ain't 1-2-3 go!

But I do have a basic understanding of how websites and databases work and rock-solid experience with masses of people trying to make a deadline.
