It's not just the eyes that tell me that either even if they are fake, they share other similarities too, as another mentioned. From what I understand, Mia refers to Nancy and Tina Sinatra as Ronan's sisters, and they treat him like they are siblings. Evidently Mia must really think it too, or at least hopes for it, anyway! The astounding resemblance gives it away though.
