from DSCC, which I'm not promoting, but for info, about NC Senate race

Last night, Tea Party darling Thom Tillis won North Carolina’s GOP primary after Republican outside groups spent a whopping $10 million propping him up and blasting Democrat Kay Hagan -- including a $1.6 million bombardment from Karl Rove in the last month ALONE.

Tillis is the next Ted Cruz: He’s the chief architect of North Carolina’s discriminatory voter suppression law, has pledged to “divide and conquer people who are on assistance,” and froze teachers’ pay while dismissing complaints about it as “whining from losers.”

Right now, Nate Silver projects that North Carolina is the single closest race in the entire Senate landscape. He puts the odds at EXACTLY 50-50 and calls this race the “tipping point state in the Senate battle.”

If we don’t close the spending gap NOW, Karl Rove and the Koch brothers will crush us and buy a Republican Senate. We're launching a 48-hour Rapid Response Fund to stop them. We must raise $300,000 by Friday -- will you step up?

Please pitch in $3 to answer Republican attacks and stop Karl Rove and the Koch brothers from buying a Republican Senate.
