Think of it as a false flag operation. Gut some programs, cut some taxes, pass crappy free trade and since it is a false flag operation, the Democrats get the blame and ire of the public. Win win for the GOP.

via research and honest observations to be true, regardless of the implications towards party or personality cultism.

The party will only be strong if it values actual values over political expediency, cult of personality, or the desire to cower before conservatives.

There I go again, I know a dozen posters that will be pissed off at the way I put that.

For personal reasons, very bad stuff in my life right now, it really made me feel good that you posted what you did.

they calculate "real income". Increases in the costs of food and energy are no longer included in the CPI. Also, tons of substitution tricks were added to the formula. When you consider that, real income figures for the middle class and poor are totally skewed compared to the old days.

It wouldn't have ever hurt the 1% if we had all done well. They would have never had to alter their lives or dreams. They could have had all they ever wanted, yet it seems that what they wanted was to see others suffer.

But I really think they don't even care whether we suffer. It just not that personal to them.

How utterly needless our demise is. It probably never even crosses their consciousness.

Memories are imperfect, I cant remember where I saw the figures in order to link to the data.

I only hope someone else comes up with it or I may have to spend a day obsessing over Google to find out for sure.
