Last frame "Nothing to see here--move along" I assume that is a recording that is played every time someone says something too close to the truth. Perhaps there is a bug(made to look like a real bug--perhaps a fly) that kicks in the recording. P.S. the fly would have tiny initials(KR) on one of it's wings.
