Hillary Clinton Spokesman Slams Rove for "Flat-Out Lying" - 'They're Scared and He's Sick'

____ Smacking down incendiary allegations that Karl Rove made about Hillary Clinton’s health, a spokesman for former secretary of State said Tuesday that Rove was “lying” and that “the right has politicized” Clinton’s health from the moment she was treated for a blood clot after a fall 17 months ago.

Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill said Rove's comments were part of a “flagrant and thinly veiled” attempt by the right to politicize Clinton’s health. Rove’s comments last week came shortly after Republican leaders in Congress announced that they were forming a select committee to expand their investigation into how the Obama administration handled the Benghazi matter.

“First they accused her of faking it, now they’ve resorted to the other extreme -- and are flat-out lying,” Merrill said in a statement. “Even this morning, Karl Rove is still all over the map and is continuing to get the facts wrong. But he doesn’t care, because all he wants to do is inject the issue into the echo chamber, and he's succeeding.”

“They are scared of what she has achieved and what she has to offer,” Merrill said. “What he’s doing is its own form of sickness. But she is 100%, period. Time for them to move on to their next desperate attack.”

5. "Health" is code for "old." That's what they want to say without saying it.

With some overtones of "female" and "weak." In other words, Karl Rove wants to say, "She's a weak, old woman." But he has to talk in code so as to not further alienate women. That's about as far as Republican outreach goes--talk just as negatively about women as ever, but do it in secret spy code.

Rove slandered Republicans who ran against his candidates, why would he spare a Democrat? He once implied than an opponent of his candidate was a pedophile. In 2000 he put out a rumor before the SC primary that McCain had fathered a "black child". That child was McCain's adopted daughter from Bangladesh. Rove is lower than a snake.
