OOGA BOOGA! WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!
I'm getting pretty tired of all of the death threads. Many/most polls are in our favor. If you get off your butt and actually VOTE, we'll hold the Senate and might even take back the house. But it won't happen if you curl under your blankie and whimper.

The "doom and gloom" crowd seem to be jacking things up lately. If I remember right it was that way back in 2010 when they pulled the same BS trying to discourage people from getting out and voting in order to teach Obama a lesson! Yep some lesson. All the states that ended up with republicans running things should prove that that kind of argument doesn't work well for the states that end up up with right wing nuts ruling things.
The right wing, and libertarian trolls, like to make waves, and sadly some here tend to buy into the "doom and gloom" crap, while others just plain don't like the president so they join in also. All I can say is if we didn't learn a lesson from 2010 and people buy into this crap, it will be a hell of a lot worse this time than it was last time. We need to hold onto the Senate, and at least make gains in the house, not only so the republicans won't make the next few years more of the same old " do nothing" BS, but because we need to make sure we can put a democrat in the WH who will have a congress that will work to change things, not one that will continue to block everything that might actually help this country and the people in it!
Letting republicans win simply because we can't turn out the vote is not acceptable. If the "doom and gloom" crowd think things are bad now, just what do they think it will be like if republicans control the House and the Senate?
