Teabagger openly advocates sedition...

Like so many others of his kind...

BTW, two words: "Whiskey Rebellion"

Tea Party Candidate Adds Right To ‘Take Up Arms Against The Government’ To The 2nd Amendment

Republicans are always fighting an imaginary tyranny. John Stone, a leading Tea Party candidate in Georgia’s 12th congressional district, currently occupied by conservative Democratic Rep. John Barrow (D-GA), made an appearance on Tea Party Express’ radio show last week in which he was asked about his approach to gun laws if he’s elected.

Think Progress reports, “Stone argued that gun rights were immutable, in part because, in his view, the Second Amendment gives Americans the right to armed rebellion. (He also misquoted George Washington, falsely claiming that America’s first president called the Second Amendment the “teeth” of the Constitution.)”

He's saying that people have the right to do that; he isn't advocating it. He's a fool for thinking that a violent confrontation with the government would go his way, but what he's saying doesn't rise to the level of sedition.
