2. Every single one of Tom Tomorrow's cartoons

gets posted in GD. Why should you be so bothered by this particular one?

4. There is a myth that the NRA has the power to prevent Democrats from ever being elected ever again.

8. Not when Dems still win even though the NRA runs ads against them....

Eventually the NRA will be as popular as NAMBLA.

We oughta start calling it "NAMGLA".

The National Organization of Man/Gun Love Association.

You might want to take an anatomy class.

Sadly, for the antigunners, massive exchange of gunfire among open carry folks just doesn't happen much.

Dream on.

12. Yes, happily for the gunners

It's almost always unarmed innocents who get slaughtered. You must be very happy indeed.

I don't post cartoons that make fun of gun violence.

20. I don't suppose you really "get" the purpose behind political cartoons.

They frequently utilize humor to place a spotlight on, often catastrophically bad, social or political situations. This is Tom Tomorrow's MO, so I can imagine that you don't particularly care for his cartoons. Probably don't like Joh Stewart or Stephen Colbert either.

You'd probably be happier looking at Peanuts cartoons, but I don't think you're likely to find them on GD. I know that in the Lounge you can at least find lots of lolcats type humor, maybe more to your liking.

34. I like political toons. I really like when they unintentionally reveal something...

...about the people who cheer particular toons and who don't see their hypocrisy.

I'll let you have the last word if you want it.

....6 year olds, sorority members and theater texters are softer targets and less likely to cause cordite brained, gunners to wet their pants.

That just seems wrong.

I hope it remains. The first two times it was posted, it should not have been locked, imho.

SOP violation without qualifying for any of the exceptions. You should have posted it in one of the gun forums, preferably this one:

22. Maybe, maybe not.

Since guns are once more "in the news", there is a massive proliferation of threads on the subject in GD.

This the first time I've seen a situation where a Tom Tomorrow cartoon was relegated to one of the DU ghettoes, where hardly anyone would even see it, and I certainly have no interest in doing so.
