Now that it's becoming clear that Mitt Romney will be (as I have predicted all along) the GOP nominee, I think we all should pitch in and suggest general-election slogans for him that are consistent with the case he is making to the American people. Here are a few to get the ball rolling:

-- Mitt: Better than a sharp stick in your eye
-- Vote Mitt! If you really hate Obama, you don't have another choice
-- Mitt's the white guy!
-- Mitt has a plan that sounds good if you don't look at it closely!
-- Did we mention that he's white? He is!
