in email a few weeks ago, describing it as having been taken in Shakopee, MN on 3rd Ave. across from the library.

I remember a picture from several years ago from a safety class at work of a big loader picking up a small loaded to place it on the next floor above. The after picture wasn't pretty.

He's nuts, doing the pruning that way.

And when he falls, not IF, he could well sustain a serious injury......or even die.

    The guy on the ground by the second front end loader is not wearing his hard hat. That is strictly against regulations.
