Do you play the Lottery? Don't tell your employer.

And for sure don't indicate any dollar amount you play or it will be deducted from your paycheck because your employer doesn't want to be involved in gambling on religious grounds. Subscribe to HBO or Netflix? Another payroll deduction, they won't want to be associated with "smut" entertainment for the same reason.

Just look at the way we're headed if you think it can't happen.

So what if you are at work and on your lunch hour or break you read your Koran or other religious books. Your boss is offended cause your religion ' violates' his religious beliefs. He might be able to stop you from reading your religious book. This is what all of this is leading to.

then I guess they could say that. But my employer pays me a salary and thus what I do with my money is my business.

The example employs some hyperbole ... but not as much as you are implying

7. I get a gym membership as part of my compensation package.

And my employer can cut that at any notice, just like they can adjust my insurance, modify paid holidays, reduce bonuses or anything else that they offer as a perk. My only guarantee is my salary which even then can be reduced at my employers whim. But also I can leave my job any time I want and if my employer were to cut benefits or my salary they would have to look for a new employee.

... as health insurance mandates have by the ACA?

I realize you have had your salary reduced by your employer and felt compelled to leave (I would think if it was only your salary that was cut, that was the intent) ... it was your right to leave; however, your salary was unlikely covered by law.

Your examples are ridiculous attempts to trivialize the reaction of women (and a good number/ most men here at DU). I guess, for some, any attention is better than none.

13. More trivializing of women's issues ...?

Its OK ... it gets you the attention you crave ... I wonder if when we see the full effects of the decision, and you are impacted (I do not wish negative impacts on anyone ...even the intractably stupid), if you will continue to trivialize the ruling.

You are fun and very funny, but I am finished.

Just so you understand ... it will take time for the full impact associated with the ruling to come to light (You clearly did not understand that)

4. Is your employer paying for your lottery or cable as part of your benefits package?

I have a hunch they aren't. Is any employer looking to base your employment or compensation based on what you legally do with your own money on your own time? I haven't seen it...

Unless your talking about smoking, but a decent number of DUers seem to be okay with that.
