8. If the Supreme Court decided in favor of Hobby Lobby but denies the rights of Quakers

to opt out of paying taxes for the military, well . . . . ? I think many of us will question whether RIFRA is just an excuse for Catholic Supreme Court Justices to impose their religion on the rest of the nation. I'm sure there is a smart-sounding legal argument that distinguishes the Hobby Lobby case from military taxes, but i haven't taken the time to study RIFRA and Hobby:Lobby well enough to figure out what it will be.

I'm keeping a file of documents I want to read regarding this. If you know of any good ones, let me know.
