Felon with the attractive mugshot hires modeling agent

The felon whose mug shot earned him hoards of admirers has secured a Hollywood agent who is negotiating modeling contracts even though he is still in jail.

Jeremy Meeks was arrested as part of a sweep of gangs in Stockton, California, and faces a felony weapons charge.

His mug shot went viral after being posted by the police department's Facebook page and has now apparently caught the attention of an agent.

Gina Rodriguez has signed Meeks, 30, as a client and he joins a roster of her other notorious celebrities.

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham, Donald Sterling's alleged former mistress V. Stiviano and 'Octomom' Nadya Suleman are among Rodriguez's other clients.

The guy has the right "look" and certainly is attractive.

Good luck to him and stay off the streets

We see a thug. Fashion sees the next big thing.

Frankly its not about us but maybe (a long shot at best), a way out for this guy.

I can hope for him...

JM: That's right, yeah. And, I mean, and it is interesting, there was not that much competition, if you're looking through the Republican Party for female figures from the far right. I mean, Palin, you know, she barely had any experience at all, and even in statewide office at this point. She'd just been governor for a couple months. But there weren't that many people to pick from. So her resume, her biography, is what really caught these guys' eyes.

And, you know, they're sort of going down a checklist. They're looking far-right politics, female, and then attractive. And one of the things that all of the Republican political pundits who came through the governor's mansion were -- it was funny to interview them. They were just smitten by her. They described her wearing high heels and saying, "Hi, I'm Sarah," and introducing herself charmingly. And they talked, almost to a man, how gorgeous she was. They called her a "honey." Bill Kristol called her "my heartthrob." I mean, they sounded like guys with schoolboy crushes, practically.

If Palin wasn't picked, are you saying Obama's vote total would have been higher?

I'm serious, it would be cool if he could lift himself out of the life of crime he was on by this twist of fate.

some other prisoner or some guard will slash his face or something. That's the kind of shit that happens in there. I'll be rather surprised if he makes it out of there looking like that, provided that he's convicted, of course.
