The present storm track models seem to estimate it will give you the most trouble out of all states. Best wishes !

and that will make it mostly a Wet Willy with 30 knot winds.
Remember the good old days when they'd start out near Africa and chug across the Atlantic?
Haven't seen that pattern for a few years now.
ETA: NOAA now shifting the track to the west, clipping the Outer Banks.

What is most fascinating is the challenge we face as patterns change and weather becomes more discovery and less prediction. As for my preparation... well you know.
