anyone who has had and taken care of a child.

You never stop thinking about the next thing you have to do for the kid. When you drive to work, you know you have to drop them off at daycare, but before that, you have a list of things you have to bring to the daycare.

Children make noise in the carseat. Yes. they usually (not always) fall asleep after a certain amount of driving, but you dont forget they are there, ever.

only showed concern for himself after his wife. never called 911, lied about calling other people.
contested arrest saying that there was no way to show ill intent.
may also be charged with cyber crimes- sending penis pics to minors - while his baby was in the car.
