Given that only 30% of fertilized eggs develop to the blastocyst stage, it is possible to have no embryos survive to day five to transfer. This is why we generally reserve offering blastocyst transfer to patients with many eggs and to those patients who are anticipated to have several good quality embryos on the traditional day three of transfer. The looming question then becomes: "Would the embryos that did not survive to become blastocysts have implanted if transferred at day three?" Only 30% of fertilized human eggs develop into viable critters even capable of implanting in the uterus . And how many of these survivors that do implant make it to further towards life?

If abortifacients prevent the fertilized egg from implanting then these drugs are only doing exactly what God does naturally. Only not quite as efficiently, and without the side effects.

God only knows why He is so anti-life, .....and the Supreme Court.

and wondered how the hell any of us survived what is a truly perilous trip from zygote to live birth. Most civilian men think of it as natural and therefore both automatic and utterly safe.

And they don't want to know otherwise.
