2. God loves everyone, because we are all God's creatures.

I am spiritual, but not religious. Of course I don't know everything about the spiritual world, same as any other human being, since none of us, not priests, not preachers, not new-age healers or so-called-prophets, nobody.... can convince me they know what our existence is all about.

But I do have a strong feeling that hateful, judgmental people who wish others to be punished in "Hell" are not getting anywhere nearer to any spiritual God that I could ever conceive of. Love is what god is about!

3. I simply LOVE Christian Americans deciding who gets to go to Hell and who doesn't.

I thought that task was St. Peter's. Isn't what I do on this planet between me and God? Not the goober with the boom mike across his face? It isn't Pat Robertson's job to let me know I'm going to hell, it isn't Carnivale Cruz's job either. This is between me and the God I CHOOSE to believe in or not.

According to some prison pastors, as long as you ask forgiveness and it is in your HEART, God will forgive you! Doesn't matter what the sin, if you are truly repentant in your heart, you are forgiven your sins.

We don't need goober's forgiveness or permission. It is between us and God, Allah, the flying spaghetti monster, or whatever Deity you choose to believe in or not...

The Cafeteria Christians sicken me.

I grab their right hand and start shaking it and say "Oh, I heard god was dead but I hadn't heard you'd gotten his job! Congratulations!"
