we really don't know if it's true, so much "leaked" information has turned out to be false.

What concerns me is the way he looked in the photo with the Taliban leader. Thin, emaciated and gaunt, the smile was fake and stressed. God only knows what he has been through. Why did they later shave his head and eyebrows? Or did stress make his hair fall out? This boy has been through hell, and the abuse by the Taliban is followed by abuse from his own countrymen.
