(I can't copy and paste the article). It basically says the GOP is afraid talk of impeachment will bring Democrats out to vote in November. And the GOP doesn't want that. So they may do impeachment after November.

its something that their tea bagger constituents want badly and that their members have taught-ed left and right for a while now.
