2016: I'm giving a lot of thought to supporting Gov. Martin O'Malley of MD

if he should run--he seems to be exploring it. I find him to have been a good governor and pretty liberal. I'm especially supportive of his stand on Capital punishment--signing a bill to repeal the death penalty in Maryland. He also signed the bill supporting same-sex marriage in Maryland and on immigration signed a bill which would make the children of undocumented immigrants eligible for in-state college tuition. I haven't made up my mind on 2016 at all, but am hoping that it will be a strong field of good candidates.

...no doubt stifling the urge to have his Dean Scream moment in that pic.

So far, I like him and will give him a better look, that is until Elizabeth Warren announces.

. . . in 2010; 2 years earlier they were opposing the Obama administration's race to the top proposals.

I hope he does run. I'd really like a strong field to choose from, and I don't want to be told, nor do I believe, that our only choice of a nominee is inevitable. (I won't name names...)
