Final Facebook post of passenger of downed Malaysian flight goes viral

Shortly after the crash of Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 Thursday, one reported passenger's final Facebook post went viral -- and it might give you chills.

According to the Huffington Post, Dutch passenger Cor Pan reportedly posted a photo of the Boeing 777-200 airliner to his Facebook page with a caption which translates to "If it disappears, this is what it looks like."

The post was clearly a joking reference to the Malaysian Airlines flight that vanished over the Indian Ocean in March, but it ended up carrying more meaning. The plane crashed, killing all 298 passengers.

Family and friends have since reached out with their shock and sympathy on Pan's post. A memorial page for Pan has also been made.
