Americans who received tax credits through HealthCare.gov would face an average premium hike of 76 percent if the federal court ruling invalidating those subsidies were to stand, a recent analysis showed.
Avalere Health, an independent consulting firm, put out its analysis last week, with the following estimates of premium increases for individual states.
