I do hope that the board sees it's errors and accepts Arthur T.'s offer to buy the chain. The ees and the public at large much prefer him to the current regime.

Some spouses or family members, or unrelated people who trust each implicitly, start and operate a business and don't provide rationally--or at all--for what happens when the closeness they shared at the outset disappears.
