It also does not matter if Hayden said Snowden blew the whistle under the Whistleblower Act the NSA is exempt from the whistle blower protection. Snowden can remain a whistle blower but he will not receive the protection of the Whistleblower Act.

You can call Snowden a whistle blower BUT he is not covered under the Whistleblower Act. Liar title also fits Snowden, he who has lied, yep guess you can call him a liar also.

That someone blowing a whistle is not a whistleblower really is a technical definition of the term. In the future I for one will be much more careful using the term.
