I don't think they are any wiser than we are. They have money to invest we don't. In my experience investors are followers not leaders.

Stock prices have gone up because of the currency glut now the extra money is coming to an end. But unless a company's actual value has increased the stock isn't worth the inflated price.

Best to cash out and take that cash and put it someplace where currency inflation can't touch it.
