I just gave $150 to Doctors Without Borders

They're working in 70 countries around the world including Gaza, Syria, and South Sudan, and they're on the front lines of the Ebola outbreak in West Africa.

They are absolute heroes, and they're working under the worst conditions with a lack of basic medical supplies.

I know that money is tight for a lot of us, but even a $5 donation could save someone's life. 87% of your donation goes directly into the field to help some of the poorest people on Earth.

I ask you to please consider donating.

Thank you.

let's keep this kicked. Even small donations add up and I'd really like to see this virus contained. I know I wouldn't survive it if it somehow made it to my area.

I contribute to them every month, not a large amount, but they need and deserve whatever we can do.

Used to, but they turned out to be one of those charities that nag you to death with phone calls and mailings.

A small, painless amount every month adds up to a significant donation every year.

And the only time they've ever phoned me was when my bank changed my credit card # due to a security breach.

I get paid tomorrow, and I'll do what I can. Those aid workers are true heroes! Thanks for the reminder, XemaSab.
