What's best about them is that they cannot begin to hide their feelings.

Which is a bad thing, when your baby screams in apparent terror every time he sees his grandparents, as my younger son did for several months, but it's a good thing when the baby giggles in delight the first time he sees his Aunt Maureen, as my older son did.
