ok, it's snarky, but that's right, people have accidents, sometimes in bathtubs, and government-funded ambulances staffed with people who are often government employees and often government-trained come to their rescue and save lives.
it's just one tiny example of government helping people, often to the point of life-saving help. there are many others.
unless there's not enough funding for that sort of thing.
