1. the really dumb part is the way

the numbers are padded

by things like this

When 70% of the bills signed are non-controversial things like that, then strangely enough there is going to be massive amounts of agreement.

I used to mention over and over again how many times my Republican Congresswoman "voted with Pelosi" on stuff like that.
