a) A repeal of the light bulb laws.

b) Allowing drilling in ANWR - which has been a priority of theirs for decades.

c) Approval of Keystone XL.

The light bulb bill will be first, though: they will use it to test the president's "willingness" to work with them. If he signs the bill, they will start sending him even more extreme bills until they get to Obamacare. If he vetoes the light bulb bill, they'll send him the extreme shit first and start complaining about the vetoes on Meet the Press.
