1. An interesting idea
Mon Nov 24, 2014, 07:40 AM
Nov 2014

I usually try to have an actual conversation with the person and get an idea of what they are willing to do.

There is always the stipulation that sex while hanging off the ceiling is out of the question.

With that amount of paperwork I might need to rent a warehouse or two.

29. Oh please...spare me your faux outrage.
History is replete with innocent African -American males accused of rape.

Go away and read some history.

It's easy to pile on accused people to get your name in the media.

Also, your claim that Cosby could have benefited from this presumes that the women are lying about consent.

There is an app that allows both partners in a potential sexual "connection" to sync their hookup and specify how far they are willing to go. It's actually not a bad idea, because it lets both partners know how far each is interested in going ahead of time, and provides legal protection for both. It also allows for later notifications for pregnancy and STD's.

There was another app that was just a consent questionnaire, but Apple yanked it about a month ago.

38. It's a start but missing the key stuff I think you need a contract for.
Mon Nov 24, 2014, 02:45 PM
Nov 2014

And that being BDSM stuff, I have been with women in the past who were into some alternative forms of play but I would not do it because I was always worried that they could come back and say I did XYZ to them and I would be in prison after that. Something like this would have changed my mind knowing I had some flimsy form of protection.

The other thing I can see as a problem is that this contract would need to be signed before every time you have sex. Just because a girl agreed to the contract once does not mean the guy can then rape her everyday after that and say well we had a contract.

Must be a tough old world when one is so strongly compelled to have sex with individuals we have neither full trust nor faith in. One might presume that avoiding such would much more easily, and much more efficiently avoid a "lot of grief."

However, if your own desire for intimacy with those your do not trust outweighs any self-discipline you may or may not posses... good luck with the contract. Having read a handful of your posts, it certainly sounds as though it would come in handy for you.
