First he claimed that Brown grabbed the gun...then he claimed he could not mace him because he could not reach his weapons..

Wilson is a doughy pasty-faced white boy (ginger-y fairest of the fair, skin-wise)

I have known many of these folks in my lifetime, and whenever there's an embarrassment, or fright, the adrenaline flush takes over.. They go all red in the face, blotchy and uncontrollable.

Tell me that he was not scared out of his wits after having just committed murder in broad daylight, and was now being measured & photographed by doctors..

....I am extremely fair (sounds a whole lot nicer) and I can attest to the redness, blotchiness etc whenever there is embarrassment , adrenaline rush or extreme upset. That was my first thought when I saw Wilson's 'injuries"

3. Brown's Blood Was Found In The Police Car - Couldn't The Blood Have Been Put In....

after the fact. After all Brown's body laid in the street for a long time. Could it have been planted in the car by sympathetic police officers on the scene to give Wilson some cover?

5. I am willing to think that Barney Fife pulled his gun and Brown may have reached for it

if only to try & deflect getting shot (hence the hand wound) which probably did bleed into the car..but having just been shot, he probably took off running..which infuriated Wilson.. He HAD to stop Brown because he had blood in his car that he would have to explain.. I think he freaked out and just started blasting away...

which begs the question of why he didn't get another set of pictures the day after. He knew he'd shot an unarmed black teenager and by then he knew the kid wasn't the no-hoper welfare brat Wilson thought he was, he was on his way to college, a source of pride for the whole community.

The fact that it's the right side of his face makes me think he got clobbered by his own car door unless Brown had very long arms. Then he simply lost it and murdered the kid.

There is likely enough there for a civil rights case should the DOJ pursue it.
