As to what he witnessed in the murder of Micheal Brown

1. What were the two versions?

2. Witness #10 changed at least two things.

Initially told police, within days of the shooting, that Michael Brown and his friend were walking on the same sidewalk that he/she was walking on. Witness #10 later told the grand jury that Brown and friend were walking on the street closer to the curb. Of course by that time it had been widely reported that Michael Brown and friend were walking in the middle of the street.

Witness #10 originally told the police that he/she was maybe 100 yards from the scene of the shooting. Witness #10 later told the grand jury that he/she was 50-75 yards from the scene.

Incidentally, some other witnesses were apparently as little as 20 yards or so from the scene and their stories don't match witness #10.

Witness #10 is apparently the only witness that fully corroborates Officer Wilson's version of events and the only witness cited as credible by McCulloch in his long press event last night.

3. I don't care where he was walking

He didn't deserve to be shot and killed more than 100 feet away from where the supposed scared to death cop was standing.
