(3,920 posts)and while it is harder to be sure in this case -- I think his finger is on the front of the trigger guard, not on the trigger itself.
Of course, he may have put his finger on the trigger at some time. And he is pointing the weapon.

I'm sure cop provocateurs were doing this in Oakland during the Occupy protests as well.
Until this tactic is fully exposed it will be very hard to effect real change.
