When Will Those Seeking The 2016 Democratic Nomination For President Announce?

It seems to me that by this point in the 2008 Presidential primaries many candidates had at least set up exploratory committee's or had already announced whether or not they were going to run or not... Happy New Year My Fellow DU'ers

was 11-30-06 when Tom Vilsack announced.....of course he dropped out a few months later after meeting with the Clinton campaign.
Clinton announced 1-20-07 and Obama 2-10-07.
