New Year's Day Weather Forecast

Your weather is pretty much contingent upon whether the wind blows from the north or south. Whether, being the key word.

Some places will have rain, some will have snow. Many will have sun and some will have clouds. Just about everywhere it will get warmer once the planet turns into the light of the sun. Then as the world turns, most places will get colder.

If you see wet rocks, that means it is raining. If the rocks are white it is snowing. If the rock is dry that means it is not snowing or raining.

Half the world will be even cooler as the days go on for about 6 months, and in the other half it will become warmer.
