If I recall, they are mostly "ESTJ"..value security and tradition, loyal, set of beliefs they live by, emphasis on duty. Maybe we the people need to recognize that the "set of beliefs they live by" has been implanted with some bad DNA -- i.e., rather than "protect the people" some have adopted a belief that their job is to "protect the white people"; rather than "loyal to the people" many are "loyal to each other".

Good cops may understand that bad cops are harming the safety of all cops.
