McLay calls for courageous conversations about bias, race and gender

According to local news, the chief held up the sign at the First Night celebration and now the police union is angry because they feel the sign portrays the Pittsburgh police as "racist". Chief McLay had to attend a meeting at City Hall about the sign. No report on the meeting. (Marty Griffin reported on KDKA-TV news. Sorry, no link yet.)
