Our Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA added goats cheese this year

Honey Creek Creamery!

At Iowana , we grow fruits and vegetables on our grandfather's farm. Our cousin, Sharon Oamek, farms on our great-grandfather's farm, which is home for Honey Creek Creamery. We are honored to include 4 oz of this artisan cheese each week as a separate option. While Sharon's husband George grows her alfalfa hay, and Great Pyrenees dogs Deba and Tucker tend the goats in 150 acres of native prairie, Honey Creek Creamery is not Certified Organic. Sharon makes 7 different kinds of goat cheese (chevre) which we think is world class! Learn more about Honey Creek Creamery at Sharon Oamek's website!

My Daughter and her friend have goats and make lotion and soap out of goat milk. Very useful little animals.

There is DUer who knows a few herders and I do not want to put words in their mouths.

Anyway, look up the golf course Pasatiempo before and after the goats got in there. There course is so much more playable and sucks so much less water.

The CSA I belong to has a nice walk-in cooler, in which you walk and fill your bushel basket with what you need (and like!!)

They really needed a "bachelor who occasionally remembers to cook" 1/16th share option...
