Why does Tom.Hartman bring right wing nut jobs on his show

Trying to debate with them when he really isn't a good.debater.Hes got some crazy ass guy. on name Alston Peters on and he's taking Tom to lunch WTF!!! Tom

He usually ends up looking calm and reasonable. They end up looking unhinged.

Just because he doesn't shout them down doesn't mean he has lost the debate.

(But, I'll be honest; I don't really enjoy watching those segments either.)

He has the best monologues and is a no-nonsense sharp guy. He also has the smartest callers of any radio program anywhere, hands down.

He has been working on his debating skills, but the rest of his show is awesome

EDIT to add he also sources DU frequently, so I think it fair to give him credit where it is due
