6. Yes there are two separate, but linked hostage standoffs

From what I am seeing there is a printing company where the two brothers are holding up with hostages. Then on the outskirts of Paris (east) there is at least one gunman who has taken hostages in a Kosher supermarket. This person is said to be one of two people who shot a police woman yesterday. The police say the two incidents are linked somehow.

A distraught woman told reporters her 37 year old daughter was in the supermarket, they were being held in the basement and that 5 people were dead. The daughter had apparently managed to call her mother. This last bit is not official....just what a woman told reporters.

They have not gone into detail though.

Edit: The police say that the supermarket hostage holder says that if the police raid the printing company scene he will kill all his hostages.
