... Longer term modeling and the climate predication center are hinting towards dry conditions prevailing through the remainder of the month. If this scenario comes to fruition, this would leave many areas -- especially south of the Bay Area -- with zero precipitation for the entire month of January, an event that many places have never experienced on record.
