Breaking News: Teflon Don Query - Addicting Info Questions IS Romney Hiding Taxs and eToys

Found out about this - too late - to post on LBN. Another DU'r pointed this out to me late last night - that Addicting Info put forth a January 15, 2015 OpEd thread titled

"Still No Tax Returns? What’s GOP Still-Hopeful Mitt Romney Hiding?".

The AI thread also points (back) to a Jon Stewart video about Romney's Tax Dodge. Include are links to Addicting Info's report of my suing Romney for Racketeering - on October 18th, 2013 (see "Romney Slapped with Racketeering&quot . In that thread, it details the battle key issue of Colm F Connolly(the former Bain Capital law firm partner {at MNAT.com} - who became THE United STates Attorney in Delaware - over "The Learning Company" - Kay Bee and eToys cases.

Here's the link to the 2012 Jon Stewart Daily Show video - concerning Romney's mysterious Tax Returns.

AI details Ann Romney telling Americans to "f--- off" about the Romney's tax returns.

As stated in the AI thread;

Mother Jones reminds us that former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush — another GOP front-runner for 2016 — just released 10 years worth of tax returns, while Romney still won’t disgorge the ones we asked for back in the 2012 election. Instead, Romney gave out only two years’ worth of returns, then had his wife go on Good Morning America to tell the American public to f*ck off.

Or, as Ann Romney more delicately put it, in response to Robin Roberts’ inevitable tax return question:

“We’ve given all you need to know and understand about our financial situation, and about how we live our life.”

Addicting Info's Journo Ask's the Begging Question of "IF" Romney is hiding eToys
[br]

Yours truly is a victim with overwhelming, profuse and irrefutable (being chiefly federal archived Smoking Guns) evidences against Romney's "bust-out"/ "Bankruptcy Ring" - white collar fraud (organized crime by softer name) - RACKETEERING gangs. Like Capone - NO local, state and/or federal official will dare touch POTUS wannabe Romney...

Thus, Mitt is another Teflon Don like John Gotti.

Difference being, everyone else knew - beyond all shadow of doubt - that John Gotti was a Don (an organized crime "boss&quot . Unfortunately, in our cases, though everyone knows Mitt is the "boss" - many questions remain - OF WHAT?

Mitt (claims) to be "retroactively" retired from Bain Capital - as of August 2001 - back to February 11, 1999. Everyone is well aware of this issue and the factor that the "retroactive" part only came into the picture - once Romney's campaign finance OGE 278 was found to be less than truthful. The question remains - is WHY!

The Why is eToys and Colm F Connolly

[br]
One day (hopefully soon) the whole affair will come out (it is bound to do so - as the hubris of Teflon Romney is unyielding). As reported by Addicting Info, in its Tax question thread;

For starters, it’s quite disturbing that — out of all the vile, rapacious corporate raiders on Wall Street, Romney has been targeted with a lawsuit for racketeering. That really says something.

The bar for getting courts to hear a lawsuit on racketeering — the kind of criminal and systemic money laundering, gambling, price fixing, and market manipulations associated with powerful mobs and drug lords — is so high that even fictitious district attorneys on shows like The Wire and The Sopranos have trouble with taking these cases to court.

[br]
Of course, the "bar" so high, for getting RICO cases into court, as it was with Capone - is that of venality. If it were not for the Colm F Connolly being both a Bain Capital law firm partner (MNAT.com) and also the head federal prosecutor of the very cases in question, then (quite possibly) - the cases of "The Learning Company" - along with "Kay Bee" and our eToys and Colm F Connolly - might have been properly addressed over a decade ago.

Most of us know something’s wrong,
but can’t quite figure out what.

This direct above title is the opening remark of the paragraph germane, by AI's story. It's not that no one can figure it out; but that any federal agent, prosecutor, judge and/or journo - would have their head put in a sling - if they told the WHOLE story.

Can Al Capone "retroactively" retire from his organized crimes?

Of course not!

And yet, judges, court and prosecutors choosing discretion over valor, keep saying yours truly is "insubstantial". While that may be true - that I'm most certainly a nobody (and would have remained so - if my adversary wasn't Mitt) - the fact of the matter is organized white collar crime (racketeering) being protected by federal corruption - IS a substantial issue.

As reflected by AI's commentary;

Most of us know something’s wrong, but can’t quite figure out what. -

Bain Capital, the investment banking and consulting firm that Romney launched in the 1980’s and ran for years, had a lot to do with the “creative destruction” of our nation’s middle class. We’ve been told that our stagnant wages, shredded social safety net, and lack of jobs result from lazy American workers who think they’re “entitled” to feed themselves and keep a roof over their heads, and hence can’t compete with third world workers used to starving and sleeping in the dirt. But really, it’s because the people who run today’s companies — and the banks they do business with — care about nothing but jacking up their stock price.

[br]
Then, AI's Elisabeth Parker continues with;

[br]
That’s right. Mitt Romney’s company, Bain Capital, made its money off the shriveled carcasses of once-thriving companies with well-paid union workers, like eToys and Sensata Technologies.

Perhaps Romney fears that if voters see the millions of dollars he — and others like him — have gutted from once-thriving companies and stuffed into tax shelters, they’ll suddenly wake up and realize where all the damned money went. Yes, that money:

The money we never have enough of when it comes to improving the quality of life for ordinary Americans, because Republicans keep bankrupting our budget with illegal wars and tax cuts for the rich.

The money that used to pay workers a living wage even when they only had a high school education, which now barely even covers the rent thanks to over 30 years of union-busting and “trickle down” economics.

The money that once paid to keep our roads, bridges, railways, and public transit safe and running.

The money that once made a home in a good school district and a college education affordable for most Americans.

The money that once funded bold ventures like space exploration, eradicating common diseases through vaccines, and break-through technologies like the Internet.

The money that once waged a war against poverty that lifted millions of Americans into the middle class. Nowadays, we only have enough money to arm police forces with SWAT gear so we can wage war on our own citizens.

That money’s all gone, and Mitt Romney’s one of the folks who helped snatch that money away. It doesn’t take a fancy college degree to figure that out.

[br]
[br]
Teflon Don Mitt Romney, will - or will not - be held accountable. Lords upon high always believe they are above the law - immune from being touched and clobbered by justice. This is what Marc Dreier, Stanford, Tom Petters, Ed Okun and Bernie Madoff use to believe - ALSO - until the hammer of justice swiftly and harshly put them in prison for 20, 50, 50, 100 and 100 years plus (respectively).

Thing is (believe it or not) all those cases are connected to Mitt
[br]
It took 20 years to bring down Petters and Madoff. We are only in year 14 - of our battling Romney and his gangs. Woe is the issue - if we have to wait until year 20 and Romney made it to become POTUS in 2016

I'm just sayin.....
