I know someone who is in the teleprompter business, they don't travel with the speakers all the time if ever. So there is a process even for that which includes rehearsals and script tweaks and record/review and all that so any of these rebuttal people should have this stuff together. Unless, of course, they chose to blow off all of that because, well, as they would say... "It's okay, I've got this."

So I'm guessing Sen. Breadbags was so confident that I'll bet she skipped the preliminary part.
