Jeff Greene - big time sub-prime mortgage vampire - tells us bleak times ahead and us 99% are just going to have to gear down. Taking him to heart, I'm forgoing my Sonic weekend treat with a special discount coupon and staying home to feast on some bread and water.

“America’s lifestyle expectations are far too high and need to be adjusted so we have less things and a smaller, better existence,” Greene said in an interview today at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. “We need to reinvent our whole system of life.”
