Kansas in debt, people moving out of the state, education funding a mess, their solution.........

THANK GOD they are focusing on what is important. Hmmmmm, wonder if the NRA has anything to do with this? Idiots!

Kansas lawmakers seek to ease concealed gun restrictions

TOPEKA
A majority of Kansas senators on Wednesday introduced a bill that would allow residents to carry concealed guns without a permit.

Twenty-six senators led by Senate Majority Leader Terry Bruce of Nickerson are backing the bill referred to as “constitutional carry.”

Bruce said in a statement that six other states have some type of “constitutional carry” law on the books, including Alaska, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Vermont and Wyoming.

Kansas has allowed people to carry concealed guns with a permit since 2007. The number of concealed-weapon permit holders in Kansas as of early 2014 was 75,000.
