One of the most disingenuous political commentators I have ever heard.

I don't watch FOX News. Do you know if any liberal has a two hour show on FOX?

Why is the left always "blessed?"

Yes, Morning Joe w/out Joe would be an improvement.

You can always watch replays of Ohio State's win in the national championship
game on BTN. Just saying.

you want to get rid of Olbermann.

Morning Joe has a show with 15 hours per week to blow off steam. The company/Management loves that guy and hate anybody that's too 'liberal'. They tend to get rid of them with a quickness. The best show Joe ever had was when Mika's dad told Joe that he was 'stunningly superficial', remember that?

When wingers were writing a letter to the network about Keith Olbermann, he eventually was fired. I never suggested you should rant about it on DU.

all smoke and mirrors (my wording but you get the drift.) He's jealous because the repubs have no one to even compare to the President and he knows they are going to lose in 2016. To be honest, and I've given this a lot of thought, I think Joe is on his way out, he really knows it and it's just a matter of time. For a guy who had the "flu" he sounds as if he's pretty chipper...I'm watching a great movie on TCM, blood pressure normal...

tries to convince everyone how much of a raconteur he is - guitar player, soccer fan, sports expert, ex-congressman, all-around good guy. He really is stuck on himself. He can successfully ignore/overlook his personal issues.

and those who've read my posts about him over the years know that I have fair contempt for him on every axis.

This man is deeply troubled by his personal existence, his history, his upbringing, and his self-loathing. I have no doubt that he has significant skeletons in his closet and that is why he had to resign from Congress. His case reminds me of Bill Gray, the Congressman from here in Philly who was moving up up up and then BOOM! out with no real explanation. We heard things about it years later and after he passed away.

My basic Comcast service at my office does not include CNN or Fox believe it or not, but does have MSNBC of course since they OWN THE NETWORK. I can't stand the insipid network shows so I'm stuck with Joe and Mika if I have TV on at work. So please don't instruct me to change the channel: I have few alternatives. Thank you for your consideration.

I am the employer - in this day and age I believe that a news source being available to all is essential. I had heard a rumor that there was an 'off' switch but I couldn't find it on the TeeVee machine. I will search for it again...

and just tuned in for this year's installment based on this OP.

Is he always such a bundle of tics?

He keeps touching his hair and seems over-animated, gesticulating constantly.

OK, that's enough of him until 2016.
